Acca Boost Terms & Conditions
1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to the Acca boost.
1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the LeoVegas General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.
1.3. Acca boost is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the LeoVegas website located at www.leovegas.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘LeoVegas’). Please see the footer for further information.
1.4. Acca boost will run until terminated at LeoVegas sole discretion. LeoVegas further reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or modify the rules or format of Acca boost where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
1.5 We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of a promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms, except if you have already opted in to this promotion or made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Free Bet pursuant to this promotion, any such suspension, withdrawal or amendment will not apply to you or your participation in the promotion.
1.6 We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. The Acca boost is open to selected players on LeoVegas. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with LeoVegas to participate (‘your Account’). The Acca boost is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of LeoVegas, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Acca boost to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Acca boost will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. By clicking the ‘Profit Boost’ to apply boost, you are opting into the promotion.
3.2. The maximum stake is £500.00 and the maximum ‘extra winnings’ per boost is capped at £250,000.
3.3. The minimum odds per leg must be 3/10.
3.4. Acca boost is available on Sports.
3.5. If any selection is postponed or voided then the boosts will still apply but the percentage will reflect the actual number of winnings selection e.g. if you place an 8-fold acca and 4 matches get postponed and the other 4 win you will get a 5% boost.
3.6. If a LeoVegas Special involves a treble or more, a boost will not be applied for this.
3.7. Cashed out or voided bets do not qualify for the Acca boost.
3.8. The Acca boost cannot be used in combination with any other offer including Free Bets, and Odds Boosts.
4. Winnings
4.1. Winnings will be credited to the cash balance in your Account immediately. The winnings can be withdrawn.
4.2. The Profit Boost winnings are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip, if the original odds are 2/1 and you have a 10% Boost, you will receive odds of 3.2.
