Terms & Conditions

• The Mystery Bonus promotion will run from 26th September 2025 until 5th October 2025, 10 days in total (“Promotion Period”).

• The Mystery Bonus will be active every day for the duration of the Promotion Period during the following hours: 16:00 – 02:00 BST time, 10 hours in total (“Promotion Hours”).

• The Mystery Bonus will be active on Family Feud™ Live from Las Vegas ("Promotion Game") only.

• Available to all customers, who will place a total bet of at least £1 on the Promotion Game during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period.

• During the Promotion Hours, 10 bonus rounds will take place, and players will have a chance to win an equal share of £100 in golden chips per round by placing a total bet of at least £1 on the Promotion Game.

• During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, the Mystery Bonus will be activated, and you will have a chance to win a share of 50,000 golden chips during the entire Promotion Period.

• All prizes will be paid in golden chips having a value of 20p each.

• Only the winnings from the golden chips can be withdrawn subject to x1 wagering requirements and the licensee’s term and conditions. Golden chips cannot be withdrawn and/or converted to cash.

• The prize is divided equally between the winning players of that round, as per the Prize distribution table below:

• Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the bonus round. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each bonus round. Winners shall receive the prizes within 72 hours of winning and will need to claim via their promotions page.

• All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The licensee bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

• The winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The licensee bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins\losses as a result of the prize won by the players.

• You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.

• You must notify the licensee immediately of any change in your eligibility to participate in the promotion, breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. 

• The licensee will not be liable for any reason if the promotion is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, the licensee may restrict access to the promotion to registered users.

• In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method.

• In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be underage, or invalid id or verification), the Provider reserves the right to withhold payment of the prize and if necessary award the prize to an alternate entrant.

• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

• The above terms & conditions are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions and Promotional terms of LeoVegas Gaming plc.

• We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of this promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms), except if you have already opted in to this promotion or made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus pursuant to this promotion, any such suspension, withdrawal or amendment will not apply to you or your participation in this promotion.

• We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.

Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners may be asked to consent to the use of limited personal data (such as first name, initial of surname, city/county of residence, and photograph if provided) for reasonable publicity purposes connected to this promotion. Any such publicity will only take place with the winner’s consent and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Winners have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting their entitlement to the prize.
